Returns & Exchanges

At Oyin Handmade, we want you to love your moisture-rich products; however, due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our goods, we can only accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out so we can make it right.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team at support@oyinhandmade.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unopened items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping via a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Processing Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus shipping costs.
